Data protection
Your data.
The summary fits in one sentence: this site sets no cookies, does not measure you, and what you write to us stays in our inbox. The detail is below. Last updated: September 2026.
Data controller
Glatigny Studios — Rue de Glatigny 6, 1360 Perwez, Belgium — BCE BE 1040.258.682.
Contact for any question about your data: info@glatigny-studios.be.
What we collect, and why
Contact form — the information you choose to write in it: nature of the request, name, company, email address, phone and message. Legal basis: your request, therefore pre-contractual measures. This data is used solely to reply to you and to prepare a possible collaboration.
Studio letter — your email address, only if you tick the consent box. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by simply writing to us.
Host technical logs — IP address, date, page viewed and browser type, kept briefly by Cloudflare for the security and availability of the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics or advertising tools. This is verifiable: no cookie is created during your visit.
That is why no consent banner is forced on you — there is nothing to consent to.
The only third-party content: the map
The footer shows a Google Maps map. It is loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address and information about your browser, in line with Google's privacy policy.
It is the only call to a third-party service on the whole site. No advertising cookie or tracker is set as a result, and the map serves only to locate the studio.
Who has access
Your data stays in the studio's professional inbox. It is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
The only technical parties involved are our host (Cloudflare) and our email provider, acting as processors and not using this data on their own account.
For how long
Contact requests: kept for the duration of the exchange, then for a maximum of three years from the last contact, so the history can be found if you come back to us.
Newsletter sign-ups: kept until you unsubscribe.
Documents tied to a signed engagement: kept in line with Belgian accounting and tax obligations, that is seven years.
Your rights
You have, at any time, a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as a right to data portability. Just write to info@glatigny-studios.be — we reply within a month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.
